Mr. Dukes was a County Prosecutor for eight years. During that tenure he played a major role in many famous cases, including the 1960’s Dahmer case, for which he was the principal prosecutor and was the only case in the State of Mississippi which successfully, from a State view, prosecuted the Ku Klux Klan for civil rights violations.
